Our policy for accepting deposits, cancellations and processing refunds is as follows:<\/span><\/h4>\n

1.<\/span> Upon booking confirmation and payment, in addition to the Terms and Conditions and the Rental Agreement, the following also applies and is to be read in conjunction with the Rental Agreement and is detailed below:<\/p>\n

(a)<\/span> In the event of an accident there is NO OBLIGATION to either supply another vehicle or provide a refund for the balance of the rental period. Providing a replacement vehicle is entirely at Evoto’s discretion, but if the accident is not the renters’ or nominated drivers’ fault then we may provide a replacement (subject to bookings and availability), at Evoto’s discretion.<\/p>\n

(b)<\/span> In the event that the renter wishes to terminate early. There is NO OBLIIGATION to provide a refund for the balance of the rental period. However a refund may be provided in the event of “extenuating circumstances or on compassionate grounds”.<\/p>\n

2.<\/span>\u00a0The Rental cost + taxes and and Insurance cost + taxes will be charged upon booking. The amount charged will be confirmed at the time of booking, prior to the charge being processed. If cancellation or a refund request is submitted, the following will apply:<\/p>\n

(a)<\/span> Cancellation within two (2) days or (48) hours of the rental start date, NO REFUND.<\/p>\n

(b)<\/span> Cancellation prior to two (2) days or (48) hours of the booking start date, REFUND MINUS $100 CAD REFUND FEE. The only EXCEPTION is that within (a) a full or partial refund may be granted solely at Evoto’s discretion BUT ONLY in the event of “extenuating circumstances or on compassionate grounds”. “No Show” customers will receive No Refund – see below.<\/p>\n

3.<\/span> Cancellation advice or Refund request MUST be received by us in writing (includes emails) at least 48 hours in advance of the booked rental date and time. A response WILL be sent to you confirming cancellation of the rental and where applicable details of any charges made under this policy.<\/p>\n

4.<\/span> In the event of a “No-Show” following a confirmed booking being made, including bookings made through the website booking process or via telephone NO REFUND will be provided.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
