Rental Policy Governing Car Delivery (Pick up & Drop off)

At Evoto, we believe in providing the best service for our customers and making the rental experience as comfortable as possible. For which, Evoto offers the option (where available) to deliver the booked rental car to the renter to their location of choice, as per the booked date and time of the vehicle, allowing the customer the convenience to pick up and drop off the rental where they want.

(a) The locations of choice for pick up are limited to Montreal-Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport and any location with a legal parking spot within 10km of Downtown Montreal.

(b) Evoto reserves the right to provide the customers with the delivery service or cancel the complementary car delivery service at our discretion. Evoto reserves the right to charge an additional fee for this service. This will depend on each pickup request, its location, time and staff availability.

(c) The customer must contact Evoto in the case of any issues that may arise that will lead to a change in the pickup or drop off times. If the changes require a cancellation, then the terms in the Cancellation and Refund Policy will be in effect. If the changes require an extension, then the fees apply as per the agreed Terms and Conditions upon the booking. If the customer is more than 1 hour late from the schedule pick up time, and has not communicated to Evoto about the delay. Evoto will consider the booking a No Show, in which will be treated as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

(d) Evoto will deliver the vehicle to Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport for a traveler to pick up upon arrival, as long as accurate information is provided by the customer (flight number and arrival date and time). In the case of a flight delay caused by the airline, the pick up time will be adjusted accordingly for no additional fee. Once the flight has arrived, there will be a 2 hour waiting period for the pick up after arrival, and afterward will be considered a No Show as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

In the case of late drop offs at the agreed locations, if the customer is 1 hour late after the booked drop off time, a late drop off fee will charged. This charge will be 50% of the daily rate in which the customer has rented including taxes. Evoto reserves the right to charge or waive the late drop off fee at our discretion and based on each case.
